The MGA 1600 (Mk II ?) has licence plate 162 L 9C which, according to information from Mattie van der Valk, was issued in French Algeria (a system used from 1957-1964. Postcard The Woolpack Inn, Eskdale, Lake District, U.K. (collection Karel Vermeer. The license plate of the Magnette reads RXC 759. I don't know the make of the other car (an Austin 16/18 hp?), but it's licence plate is RB 9160. Like the Crown & Thistle below, the Woolpack Inn also still exists.)
