Postcard from Bandol, the south of France, dated August 1963. The MGA 1600 (Mk II ?) has licence plate 162 L 9C which, according to information from Mattie van der Valk, was issued in French Algeria (a system used from 1957-1964. The code 9C was issued in the city of Bône (today: Annaba).
