This is a picture I found in the book “The MG Companion” written by Kenneth Ullyett in 1960. It shows the conversion that was offered by V.W. Derrington of Kingston. It consisted of a special cross-flow cylinder head, inlet manifold and exhaust manifold. When fitted, this conversion gave the Magnette a much better performance.
