This is the time of the year that winter begins in the northern hemisphere and lakes and ditches start to freeze over. This young lady in her fur coat shows us that in a time like this we should not forget our duties. So please, support your local duck pond!
The watercolour is by F.T. Steerwood, an artist whose work dates from the nineteen twenties and was featured in many issues of “de Auto” a magazine published by the KNAC, the Royal Dutch Automobile Club.
